Tips for Keeping Your Assets Safe

Today, we’re sharing two tips to help you protect your assets on OverFlex! 🙌

1. Remember your recovery key

• Your recovery key is essential for re-logging into the app and accessing your account.
• OverFlex does not store your recovery key to comply with legal requirements ensuring no access to users’ assets.
• You cannot reset your recovery key while logged out. If you don’t remember it right now, go to the Account Tab > Reset recovery key menu to reset it.


*You can reset it using the same recovery key you previously used.

2. Write down your recovery phrase

• Even if you forget your recovery key, you can still recover your assets with your 12-word recovery phrase.
• You can find your recovery phrase under Account Tab > Show recovery phrase.
• We strongly recommend writing it down and keeping it safe.
