2. My grant disappeared after receiving it.
This issue occurred due to a surge of requests at the opening.
Users experiencing this issue may not be able to receive grants right now.
To receive the grant again, please uninstall the OverWallet app and reinstall it. Then, make sure to log in using the email you previously registered with.
3. I can’t see my points & friend cards
If you log in with an unregistered email, a new account will be created.

4. Can't link to the OverNode.
This is an issue occurring on Android devices.

5. The Claim button is still loading.
This is due to a high volume of requests.

6. Why can’t I receive a Grant?
If you’ve accumulated points, you are eligible for grants.
With 1 P or more, you can receive a ‘Daily Grant’ every day.
With 10,000 P or more, you are also eligible for the ‘Bonus Grant’.
