We appreciate your significant interest in Over's first AMA YouTube Live, which took place on October 5th at 11:00 AM UTC.

During yesterday's live event, there was a sudden influx in requests to the Overwallet app. This unexpected surge led to temporary instability, preventing some users from participating in the mission.

For those who made numerous attempts to participate in the mission but couldn't enter the code, we have decided to provide compensation as follows:

We will be awarding Online Meetup reward points to everyone who recorded activities within the app from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on October 5th (UTC), for a duration of 2 hours.

📌 Please note!

1️⃣ What does "recording activities" mean?

  • "Recording activities" includes any activity associated with mission participation, such as email submissions for log-in, clicking on mission cards, attempting code submissions, and more.
  • If you engaged in such activities within the app for 2 hours on the app, you qualify for compensation.

2️⃣ How much compensation will Popup Store mission participants receive?

  • For both GM Over and Online Meetup missions combined, you can receive a maximum of 2,000 P.
  • For instance, if you visited the popup store without making any merchandise purchases, you will receive 0 P for the Online Meetup mission. If your merchandise purchases at the popup store were less than 2,000 P, you will receive the difference as compensation.

3️⃣ When will compensation points be awarded?

  • We anticipate completing the review of all logs and issuing points within approximately one week.
